Dyshawn seems like such a little sweetie! She was so polite and repeated everything I said to ensure she got my order in correctly. Her smile is so bright and reassuring 🤧💗. Also the pumpkin spice latte was yummy lol

I am new to you guys. I tried Tuscany toffee and loved when I was in alachua as was there and no Starbucks. Loved it. I have a suggestion that you do some better education with staff. I am diabetic so like the SF version. Have tried to figure how to mobile order it. I have been told I can't. I have been told I have to add syrups to latte and pay the up charge. All your sugar free syrups aren't listed so I can only get partial SF. Many different stories from different employees. They also apparently mix it with different syrups. If the one I got the other day was my first one I would never have come back. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Alex in Gainesville. She waited till I got to the store to ask me what I really wanted for my mobile order! I explained that it was my 2nd trip that day trying to work out all the things I had been told to get my coffee right. I just kept buying different combos. She took the time after she fixed my coffee to explain how to order what I wanted!!! Nobody else seemed to be able to do that yet it is so simple. This was my first time coming to Ellianos, and I gotta say the ordering process was extremely quick and easy! Was awsome how the young lady taking my order was very outgoing and read off the thr food options and recommended me somethin gright off the bat! Which was their grit bowl btw! I got the grit bowl, and I gotta say it is extremely tasty! Has gpt to be some of the best grits ive had in a long while!! I could list of 20 other ting that were awsome about the couple mins I was there, but I will just say for yall who haven't went, I GIVE THIS PLACE A 10/10!! Phenomenal work Ellianos team! I'll be sure to run back there real soon!!

My favorite coffee place i come here almost every weekend and there's always a worker greeting you with a smile and super friendly. I came thru the drive thru this saturday and one of the workers here named sky was super nice and friendly and even made me this cute garfield drawing cause i mentioned i liked that show because of a pin she was wearing and she had amazing customer service, 10/10 food, drinks and service!

Ellianos, be so for real right now. In case you’re wondering: the first photo shows the same exact drink from the same location — the only difference is the staff member who made it. (One of them was even a remake because the first one didn’t seem sweetened at all.) The second photo shows how much drink I’m actually getting in my XL cup. Please also notice the label requesting “LITE ICE.” The third photo shows a regular order (so their normal amount of ice) and the fourth shows another “lite ice” ordered. Multiple times when I’ve brought up the amount of empty space in my cup — and even times when I could barely insert the straw because of how much ice was packed in — I’ve been told there’s a “specific recipe” being followed, which is why the cup sometimes isn’t full. I was also told the justification is that the drink is “cheaper,” which honestly makes no sense. As a Gold member (literally from ordering Joy Shots so often), I can tell when something is off. If it’s truly a recipe being followed, why is the color different and why is the ice amount inconsistent almost every time? Also… why offer multiple size options if the XL isn’t consistently filled?
